Licensing and Regulatory Requirements

1. Amplified music/equipment is NOT permitted at The Wine Bar Restaurant in accordance with our Liquor Licensing restrictions.
2. The Wine Bar Restaurant is a non-smoking venue.
3. The Wine Bar Restaurant adheres to all standard Liquor Licensing procedures regarding responsible service of alcohol.
4. The Wine Bar Restaurant must receive a ‘Temporary Change of License’ to allow guests the option of consuming beverages outside without a Main Course. If this permit is not granted, The Wine Bar Restaurant is unable to serve alcohol past the inside area of the Restaurant.

Bookings and Confirmation

• A deposit of 25% is required three months prior to your event to secure the date.
• A non-refundable amount of 10% will be withheld should a cancellation occur one month prior to the event.
• Additional equipment that The Wine Bar Restaurant does not typically carry will incur a hiring fee NOT inclusive of the quoted price.
• All events will come with a Confirmation of Details at least three weeks prior to the event. Any changes to your event may be done no later than two weeks prior to your event. Any changes after this time can not guarantee satisfaction or availability of the products. All menus are subject to seasonal variations.
• Payment for the event must be made prior to or upon conclusion of the event. No personal cheques will be accepted without prior arrangement.
• The Wine Bar Restaurant is unable to split an account.
• Exclusive Use. Please note that the prices below are an inclusive price and there is not an additional ‘room hire’ fee.

General Conditions

• Any damage or breakages that occur to The Wine Bar Restaurant property must be paid for by the Organiser.
• The Wine Bar Restaurant does not accept responsibility for the well being of property outside its own.
• The Wine Bar Restaurant is unable to create a table of over 10 guests.
• When a Cake of any description is brought to The Wine Bar Restaurant (i.e./Wedding Cake, Birthday Cake), The Wine Bar Restaurant requires exact instructions in relations to storage, cutting, presentation and all other specifics.
